We’re VERY close to finishing our long-awaited PNATM Core & Beyond Fitness Program.
We have been working on this for more than two years, but we are finally going to wrap it up. We will be releasing it in late November.
This course will be entirely focused on “Core Strength and Alignment.” It will include weekly workout routines, 5-6 new exercises/week, rest and recovery meditations, focus on core, back, hips and legs, safe progressions to more advanced movements and posture analysis. It is going to be a complete brain dump of everything that we know about “Core Strength and Alignment”
We are going to cover all the movements that have been critical to support injury recovery, generate proper posture, build fundamental core strength and we are going to show you exactly how we train those movements.
